  1. Before you to bed, you must make your body relax a little bit. You can take a hot shower an hour before your sleeping routine. This solution can loosen your muscle and accelerate your blood circulation.
  2. For you who feel depress or have other problems in your mind, you can do hypnotherapy. This therapy usually used to change individual behavior, for example for those who want to quit smoking. But it is also can change your sleeping pattern by reducing your stress, depression and emotion. After a hypnotherapy, your mind will be more relax than it ever before.
  3. Write a diary. I know, maybe it sounds really weird, but if you write every activity you had today down on your book it’s the same thing with taking the edge off. Basically, you can transfer your entire daily problematic in to a piece of paper, so you can feel more relief.
  4. Burn aromatherapy candles. You can choose any fragrant you want and you think are the best to makes you less tense.
  5. Turn of the light. By turning off the light, you’re not just saving your electric bill but also help you to sleep better.
  6. Make sure that your bed, pillow and blanket are comfortable. So when you wake up, you don’t have back pain and stuff.
  7. Drink warm water before and after you sleep. It will help your body while digesting all the food in your stomach.
